SAN DIEGO ASIAN AMERICAN LEGAL EDUCATION FUND
The San Diego Asian American Legal Education Fund (SDAALEF) (pronounced “S.D. Ahleph”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (FEIN 86-3839491), founded in 2021 to honor the legacy of our friend, the late Peter Quon, Jr., whose tireless commitment to strengthening our community through mentorship and fellowship serves as the backbone of the Fund’s mission.
SDAALEF is dedicated to promoting the development, advancement, and leadership of Asian American law students and attorneys in the San Diego area through scholarships and community partnerships. It also speaks out and amplifies voices against hate and ignorance through its focus on education, mentorship, and pan-Asian solidarity.
